These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the bdk1 platform and all its services. By using the site, you fully agree to these Terms. The following terms used in these Terms have specific meanings:

• "Platform" refers to the bdk1 website, app, and all associated services.
• "User" or "You" refers to any person who has registered on the platform or is using the services.
• "Account" refers to a user's registered profile on the platform.
• "Bonus" refers to welcome bonuses, cashback, or other financial incentives offered by the platform.
• "Real Money" refers to actual funds deposited in Bangladeshi Taka.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the condition of placing a specified amount in bets before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and play on the bdk1 platform, you must be 21 years of age or older. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We may request proof of age verification at any time.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the cancellation of all accounts and the forfeiture of deposited funds.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account closure. If your information changes, please contact us immediately.

2.4 Account Security

3.1 Deposit Methods & Minimum Amount

The bdk1 platform currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount for any method is ৳100.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. The specified wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

3.3 Identity Verification

Before a withdrawal, the platform may ask you to complete an identity verification (KYC) process. All your financial transactions are secured using SSL encryption.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users at bdk1 will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000; depositing ৳18,000 gives you the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳26,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement on bonuses is 10x — and it applies only to the bonus amount, not the total balance. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user will receive the welcome bonus only once.
• The wagering requirement must be met before the bonus expires.
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash — they can only be withdrawn after being used in games and meeting the specified conditions.
• Using multiple promotions simultaneously is generally not permitted.
• bdk1 reserves the right to make changes to its bonus program.

4.4 VIP Program

bdk1's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (up to 0.3% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.6% weekly cashback), Gold (up to 0.9% weekly cashback), and Platinum (up to 1.2% weekly cashback). You can advance to higher tiers through regular and active play. The benefits and conditions of each tier will be communicated separately.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and, if detected, may result in account cancellation and balance forfeiture:

• Fraudulent activities, such as using stolen payment methods.
• Attempting to unfairly claim bonus benefits ("bonus abuse").
• Creating multiple accounts or using third-party accounts.
• Money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's software or game systems.
• Playing games using automated bots or scripts.
• Collaborative cheating against other users ("collusion").
• Spreading false information to damage the platform's reputation.

10.2 User's Rights

A user may request the closure of their account at any time. The remaining balance is withdrawable subject to all terms being met.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdk1 will not be liable in the following cases:

• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to an internet connection failure.
• If a temporary service disruption occurs due to technical issues.
• If a transaction is delayed due to a third-party payment system failure.
• If account security is compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• If a user's expectations regarding game outcomes are not met.
